I updated my Comic Press software and this is what happened. And I am away for my PC. I will get it fixed ASAP. Sory about the mess.
SubCulture TPB Volume 2 in This Month’s PREVIEWS!
by Kevin Freeman on November 13, 2011 at 5:43 pm
At long last, SubCulture Volume 2: Die Harder is available in Previews. It collects strips 94 through 186, which includes a couple of our most popular storylines–Babs’ cosplay party and the story where Bart and Arthur talk about sex in code using gamer speak. Laughs for the whole family!
You can find the solicitation on page 220 in the Ape Entertainment section. The order code is NOV110708. Do us a big huge favor and ask your LCS to order one of these for you. Or you are welcome to order direct from us as well–the book is available in our online store.
As always, thanks for your patronage and support.

SubCulture Volume 3 in this month’s Previews!
by Kevin Freeman on September 7, 2011 at 12:01 amOrder order order now (I would order now). Ask your local comic shop to order SubCulture Volume 3: The Return of the King’s Throne in this month’s Previews. You can find it on page 226, and the order code is SEP11 0739. This volume features Bart’s discovery of old books in his back room, another SuperCon storyline, and the first appearance of Sunshine, Larry, and Merlin’s Outhouse. This collects strips 187-279 if you are keeping score at home. Only 10 bucks (maybe less) for 96 pages packed with peanuts.
Waitaminute. Did you say volume THREE? What the hell happened to volume TWO?
Well, there is a good (bad) story to that. The short story is that our solicitation for Volume 2 that we sent to Ape a few months ago got, well, misplaced. And by the time that they had found it, I had given them the solicitation for Volume 3, which they proceeded to send to Diamond. So long story short–Volume 3 is being solicited before Volume 2.
But fear not. Volume 2 should be in the October Previews, and if all goes well, both Volumes 2 and 3 will ship to stores at the exact same time, as soon as we get the numbers for both. The books are printed, so we can’t blame the printer for any SNAFUS that might happen along the way.
Hopefully this won’t cause any hassles, and things will be business as usual here in old SubCulture-land.
In the meantime, keep enjoying the strips as we get close to finishing everything that is going to go in Volume 4.
