I’m sure you’ve noticed by now, but SubCulture has finally joined the 21st century and has converted to ComicPress. I, as many of you know, am somewhat code-challenged, and the learning curve for ComicPress was a little too tough for me.

Fortunately, I have friends in high places, and my old pal Donovan came to the rescue and got the initial code taken care of, converted things to Linux, and got the basic layout planned.  From there, it was pretty easy to update everything, add all of the strips, pictures, and pages, and get it looking the way it looks now.  I’m very happy with the results, and I hope you will be too.

One nice addition is that now you can leave comments regarding either strips or my blog entries.  So if you like a strip (or don’t like it, for that much), feel free and leave a note.  Hopefully this way we can increase our readership and develop a fairly loyal following, like all of those webstrips out there that I look up to (see the links at the left for a list of them-those.

So sit back and enjoy the new look of the site!  I know I will–it’s a hell of a lot easier to update this way.
