T-Minus three strips and counting!
Some of you are probably wondering how the hell we are going to wrap all of this up in three more strips. We’re still figuring that one out too

The new guy is not only a womanizer who was going to get Noel drunk and manipulate the date so as to pharmaceutically romance her Quagmire style, but he’s also a mass murderer who is going to kill everyone but these two and their girlfriends because they don’t go to the store 24/7.
Ha! That’s sure be a way to end the series, Pat. LOL!
yay Arthur for being the voice of reason!
Hi, guys.
I have just finished reading the entire archive. This is a great comic; great humour, great art. I understand why you are ending the series, but…
I JUST GOT HERE!!!
Buaaa…! Sob! And Blake, too!
Seriously, though, I believe in encouraging the continuation of a good thing; especially when there are so many “meh” things that just go on and on and on…
I am glad you haven’t written off the possibility of future SubCulture stories (please excuse the pun), especially as there is still so much potential for character development. Often a break from a cherished project renews fresh ideas for a whole new slew of yumminess!
Sigh. And sometimes ya gotta pull a Bill Watterson.
Congratulations on a fine project! You have me completely addicted.
Here’s to the next one. Slainte Bha!
Well, if we end it the way Pat suggests above, there won’t be any revisiting it. LOL. Well, to be mentioned in the same breath as Bill Watterson, is high praise indeed, and I will cherish it as a part of the SubCulture creative team. Calvin and Hobbes is really what I would strive for any comic strip project I’m involved to be (not as a copy, but as an ideal of writing, quality art, and humorous pacing). I hope we’ve earned a fragment of that praise with SubCulture. Thanks, magg!
