Clearly only the finest designers from HGTV are good enough for the likes of Noel’s mom. I’m sure they all already have a vision of what her abode is going to look like.
I watch HGTV more than I care to admit, and while many of their designers have talent, with some of them I can’t help but wonder how they hell they got as high up the food chain as they did.
