This was a fun one. I think Stan’s got the look down for Sunshine now–it always takes a few times to get a character the way that you want to. Note her cute little “call me” motion in panel 3.

I can only think of words by Chairman Mao… Use a treaty to give yourself time to resupply, rearm, reinforce, and consolidate what you already hold. Then break the treaty when you are ready.
No where near exact, I’m sure, but it’s the idea.
