You have to be an old school fan to appreciate this joke, as Clint hasn’t appeared in the SubCulture world since the original 2007 mini-series. For those of you who might have come to SubCulture a little late, Clint was Jason’s boss back when Jason worked at Games Boutique, the local mall video game store.
Suffice it to say, he was kind of a two-faced douche, as you will see further in Friday’s strip, which just so happens to be strip #200 for us! Hoody Hoo!
People in cars, do strange things to people on scooters. The yelling is the minimum expectation when I get on my scooter. The worst so far had to be the time I got beaned with a sandwich at a stoplight by the car next to me.
I didn’t think I looked THAT skinny! 
That’s HORRIBLE, Tanya! I had no idea people were so cruel to scooter riders. I’d bet that doesn’t happen to folks riding Harleys. At any rate, with respect to this strip, what makes it funny is that this is Jason’s former boss yelling at him.
ha! i remember Clint! yeah – this strip was funny on its own but Clint takes it up a notch. fun to see him back in the strip.

Yeah, I thought this would be a nice treat for folks who have read the original comic series. We’re actually going to see another old school SubCulture character on Friday as well.
Hysterical! The thing that gets me about how conservatives have been acting since November is how absolute they are in what they say…even if it doesn’t make any sense. It’s strange that for the past 8 years they preached patriotism and how our government will protect us, but now they state they government can’t do anything right.
