Incidentally, my wife and I have been married for going on 20 years, and she still hides the booze when her parents come to visit.

4th Edition D&D immediately resulted in me losing interest in the game.  And I completely agree with Skip here–after I bought the Players Handbook, I couldn’t stop thinking that it was such a blatant rip-off of MMORPGs, and WOW in particular. Now with all the rumors circulating about 5th edition, or whatever the hell they are calling it, it will be interesting to see what kinds of adjustments are made.

I’m with Bart–first edition is just fine.

These kinds of restaurants always bothered me–restaurants that have cartoony characters of the food that they serve. So a happy, chuckling pig selling pork barbeque, a cow selling hamburgers, or, yes, a chicken selling, well, chicken. And it’s even worse if they are wearing a bib with their own species on it. And it’s even worse if they are wearing a bib with their own species on it. Like wearing a bib of a Red Lobster, who in turn is wearing a bib with a Red Lobster, while eating at Red Lobster.
